In March 2016, we won a bench trial on behalf of our clients for breach of contract and promissory estoppel. After an appeal that was dismissed, we recovered all of the attorney’s fees and costs my clients spent on two years of litigation and an appeal. The take-away is that if you are in litigation over a contract that contains an attorney’s fees provision, be cautious before you proceed to trial.
If you have a dispute over a contract, contact our office to discuss your matter with one of our skilled litigation attorneys.
